Jessica Alba double corset, Actress Jessica Alba revealed her unique way of getting her figure back after having children.

In an interview with Net-a-Porter's magazine, Alba admitted, "I wore a double corset day and night for three months. It was sweaty, but worth it… It was brutal; it's not for everyone..reported

The “Sin City” star isn’t the only celebrity mom using corsets. Stars like Gwyneth Paltrow, Kourtney Kardashian and Jennifer Garner are all rumored to have worn tight-fitting garments to help bounce back after giving birth.

Dr. Jennifer Ashton, Senior Medical Contributor for ABC News, explained, “The concept behind abdominal binders is very common after surgery and after the delivery of a baby to help support abdominal muscles, help with posture and reduce the feeling of bloating.”

Alba is the founder of the The Honest Company , an eco-friendly enterprise that offers non-toxic household cleaners and baby products.

She is set to star in the sequel to the cult favorite, “Sin City.”
