'Dancing with the Stars' to honor Boston Marathon amputee, The hit reality show “Dancing with the Stars” will honor a Boston Marathon bombing amputee on Tuesday, April 30 according to a report by Metro.

Metro reports that the show's host, Tom Bergeron said that 32-year-old Adrianne Haslet-Davis would be introduced during Tuesday night's show on ABC.

Adrianne Haslet-Davis is a professional ballroom dancer who was with her husband near the finish line of the Boston Marathon, and was injured in the second blast. Her husband, who recently returned home from service in Afghanistan suffered from shrapnel wounds from the blast, and reportedly used his belt as a tourniquet on Adrianne's badly injured foot.

CNN reports that Adrianne had this to say about the attacks.

“I remember everything. I remember the first bomb going off and holding on to Adam — my husband — and thinking, ‘I know there’s never just one.’”

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, and his 26-year-old brother, Tamerlan Tsarnaev are the two men accused of the April 15 attacks on the Boston Marathon. The blast killed three people and injured hundreds more.

Tamerlan Tsarnaev was killed in a shootout with police on April 18. Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was also injured during that confrontation, and was later captured after a 24-hour manhunt. He is said to be recovering in a federal prison medical center, where he is being held on charges of using a weapon of mass destruction, and with malicious destruction of property resulting in death.
